Designed and scaled the Mass Remediation Program (MRP) to resolve critical, business-impacting product issues on a mass scale. MRP solves some of the most technically complex and painful product issues before they can affect customers. MRP takes on cross-organizational ownership to focus company resources, provide strategic direction and tactical leadership on resolving critical customer-impacting product issues. MRP drives sustainable improvements to Pure operations and customer experience by launching new processes or teams, adherence to targeted metrics, or implementation of proven methods to mitigate future recurrence. • Led 33 consecutive mass remediation programs across 3 products, multiple engineering and support orgs. • Created and implemented a MRP runbook to standardize conduct and scale the organization to meet enterprise needs. • Designed and implemented improved case closure logic for MRP cases in ServiceNow to eliminate MRP cases that are closed erroneously. • Designed MRP lifecycle workflow to allow MRP to more efficiently scale as the number of MRP’s increase. • Created and implemented a dynamic Tableau MRP dashboard using Snowflake data tables to allow for ease of reporting on active MRP’s to E&C-level staff. • Designed and implemented various Slack automations & reporting to improve efficiency and decrease time required to launch a new MRP. • Modernized Pure Post-Mortem Processes - Created a new model for post mortem\'s based off of aspects of other tech industry leaders and adapted it to Pure Storage’s needs.
