Create, update and maintain datasets, reports and dashboards to answer critical business questions/provide key insights with a variety of applications such as SFDC, Tableau, Domo and Excel. Build complex ETL data flows and SQL queries to manipulate data and provide relevant insights that are both comprehensive and easily consumable for stakeholders. Generate custom Salesforce report types to meet the evolving reporting needs of the business, link information between systems by generating data connectors. Enable end-users to accurately and effectively utilize data resources via support, training, and troubleshooting. Develop detailed, interactive, and visually appealing reports/dashboards for commercial and executive leaders to track team performance, changing trends, and create data-driven marketing and revenue growth strategies. Conduct stakeholder meetings to document requirements, present updates and manage projects from start to finish. Lead annual KPI target planning, enabling leadership to better understand how the business is performing holistically and what its trajectory is. Assist in the review and procurement process of new software applications. Provide crucial reporting to commissions team so that employees are compensated timely/accurately. Support the global renewal price increase program in collaboration with Customer Success and Renewals leaders.
