Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition the Team Manager leads a team of 12 - 18 Talent Acquisition Partners across a number of different lines of business such as Contact Center, Retail Branch Banking, Canadian Personal Banking Operations and Specialized Salesforce. The key focusses of this role are to build and execute strategic initiatives and day to day processes that increase the quantity and quality of hires within Atlantic Canada and across the country. This is done by building, coaching and supporting a dynamic team of recruiters that deliver best in class results across regions and are constantly growing within their profession of Talent Acquisition.
