ABOUT NATHAN WALSH

As a self-motivated young professional who completed my B.S. in Economics in 2022, I’m currently employed in the alternative investment landscape. Leveraging my previous professional experience, I am helping provide value to the capital markets division of third largest private real estate developer in Dallas, Texas. I demonstrated my ability to handle multiple tasks, surpass expectations, and apply strong time management abilities during internships with Puroclean and Capital Bank, previous work experience with Fisher Investments and Granite Property Management, coupled with leadership positions as Current VP of Community Development for Penn State’s Inter-Fraternity Council, and prior Head Social & Assistant Recruitment Chair for my fraternity.Some of my recent accomplishments include: • Studied for and passed FINRA SIE, Series 7, & Series 65 examinations while working full-time. • Represented and supported western Maryland’s constitutes as a legislative intern. • Assisted a restoration services company in expanding into new markets to generate new business. • Handled property management accounting functions and other tenant responsibilities for 50+ rental units.I’m confident that I can draw from this experience to make a positive impact in any new role by working collaboratively with my coworkers and managers, completing tasks accurately/efficiently, and working hard to achieve goals.
