I am currently helping the Engineering Council consisting of some of DWP Digital’s Lead Devops and Software Engineers form an engineering council to promote and improve the engineering voice within DWP Digital so that not only can they make the engineering journey simpler for engineers but can also start DWP Programmes with an engineer voice included from the start.This will grow to own and enhance the standards for engineering across the space so that all our engineers can work using common standards that come with templates, Fragments or modules for them to readily consume to ensure the best quality at the right time without having to reinvent the wheel.

Highly trained and certified Team Guy who enjoys agile coaching Teams and the Enterprise with ICAgile, Certified Scrum Professional - Scrum Master (CSP-SM), ICP-ENT, ICP-ATF, Agile PM (DSDM) and Certified Scrum Product Owner. I\'ve also completed my CMI Level 7 Cert in leadership coaching and mentoringI am currently working with Hybrid Cloud Services, part of DWP Digital to deliver a department-wide strategic Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS), centrally run and supported by our in-house engineering team.I am working across the whole digital department to ensure our in-house EKS shared service is available and supported in all areas. I also coach and support our staff across HCS and the wider digital group as an agile coach specialising in 1-2-1 or team coaching. I specialise in Scrum, Scaled Scrum, Team Topologies and facilitation for teams.I intended to work towards my ICE-EC certification and I am ⅔ of the way towards completion. This was my north star for 2022/23 but now I\'ve decided to concentrate more on my guitar skills and enjoying my camper van!I am also working my way through a mountain of books, luckily I love reading!
