Serve as a point of contact for 250+ law firms and vendors worldwide for billing related queries for all global Micron entities- Handle a caseload of 25+ emails per day, with a maximum response time of 24 hours- Onboard new firms, experts, and Micron legal team members. Provide guidance and answers to any questions throughout the relationship- Manage matter creation, cost center assignment, invoice approval workflows, enterprise legal management system administration and upgrades, and process development and improvements- Manage legal budgeting and accrual reporting for all legal departments- Create reports and dashboards for each legal department as a way to better track matters and spend handled by outside counsel firms and vendors- Review timekeeper rate requests to ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions- Work cross-functionally with Accounts Payable, Legal Finance, Legal Reporting, Internal Counsel, and system administrators to resolve billing issues- Manage a team that: o reviews legal invoices submitted each month by outside counsel to ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions. o uploads and authorizes timekeepers for law firms and vendors. o uploads invoices on behalf of smaller law firms and vendors unfamiliar with legal billing systems. o creates purchase orders and purchase requests within our billing systems for ongoing legal projects- Experience using SAP, Collaborati, TeamConnect, Ariba, SharePoint, and IPFolio.
