I am currently Chair of the Department of Physical Sciences, which includes both our Chemistry and Physics programs here at the University of Findlay. I am proud to lead a team of 13 dynamic faculty and staff, which serves both our Chemistry and Biochemistry majors as well as a large part of the rest of the Findlay campus.

ABOUT NATHAN TICE
I am looking to build new professional contacts and collaborations as well as new career opportunities in field of chemistry and the sciences. I\'m also specifically looking for new leadership and administrative opportunities here in Northwest Ohio and beyond. I have a variety of skills that translate into leadership positions, including project and personnel management, fundraising and community engagement, and strategic planning. In addition, I have over 20 years of research experience in a professional chemistry laboratory setting, with 22 peer-viewed publications and over 15 years of teaching experience at the college level. I have a diverse skill set in synthetic techniques, organic and organometallic chemistry, materials characterization, and spectroscopic analysis. Additionally, I\'m actively involved in STEM and STEAM outreach and education projects.
