As Manager of Content Operations, I collaborate with our Product/Tech teams, and our DSP (Digital Service Provider) partners including Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon, Pandora and others, to ensure the successful flow of content from our clients to our DSP network. My day-to-day responsibilities include managing content deliveries to Symphonic’s DSP network, troubleshooting any failures, and maintaining our relationships with existing DSP partners. I work to grow the DSP network by on-boarding new DSP partners and improving the quality of our deliveries.
