A Leadership & Integration Coach challenging people\'s thinking, rewiring their brains so they can strengthen their personal wellbeing, transcend emotional trauma, and at the same time get promoted, do work that is fulfilling. Having worked in FTSE 250 organisation in various industries across the globe as a leader and also as a coach I’ve seen time and time again the support that is truly needed in the mental health of our leaders. I’m now focusing my energy to create and develop internal support, personal healing as well as develop leadership skills that help people evolve. My coaching is designed for all Leaders at all stages of their journey. Whether you’re frustrated where you are right now, or just ready for the next step in your career this work is the route to creating progress wherever you are and whatever you do.I’m combining 23-years of leadership experience with NLP and Psychotherapy training, supported with Mental Health First Aid training as well as being a qualified hypnotherapist to support the deep healing of a leaders phobias, addictive and damaging behaviours, anxiety & depression, and also the inner child and generational trauma that causes all these things to happen. What I’ve learned and developed has had a profound impact on the teams I\'ve led and now I deliver Leadership development that builds stronger, people-centric, results-orientated Leaders as an -Rapid Change Therapist – FreeMind.ILM Leadership Coach & Mentor.
