As Regional Engineering Director (South), I am responsible for the multi-disciplinary design activities of all projects delivered across the region. My role includes the development and mentoring of CREs and CEMs, promoting best practice and ensuring our portfolio of works is delivered to the highest quality.A product of the Network Rail engineering graduate scheme, I began my career in signalling design, and have now moved into multi-discipline engineering management roles on projects.I\'m a full member of the IET and the IRSE and am registered as a Chartered Engineer with the IET.I currently hold IRSE license categories 1.1.550 and 1.1.160 and am working towards a senior engineering manager license.Specialties: Signalling scheme development (GRIP 3 - 4), S&C renewal (GRIP 5-8), Minor Renewals/Enhancements (GRIP 5 - 8).
