Working on a large-scale renovation and upgrade project for a world-renowned winery in the heart of Napa Valley. Assigned as a project manager for the Engineering Department, the contract will be as the owners\' representative overseeing the project being completed by the GC and their subs. Primary role is working closely with the GC, representing the owners\' interests throughout the project\'s lifecycle in areas like construction logistics and coordination, jobsite safety, schedule, budget, RFI\'s and submittals.

With over 20 years’ experience, Nathan has been involved with many aspects of project management, including construction superintendent (commercial and residential), facilities manager, government contractor, building manager or otherwise. His lead from the front approach and broad range of experience gives him the ability to identify the issues and problems a project will have before they happen, allowing him to provide top notch service and support on all his projects. Nathan is a proud military veteran who loves spending time with his children and doing anything outdoors. When he is not working or with his children, you can typically find him on a soccer field coaching, playing or instructing other coaches.
