Supervise over 200 field mechanical integrity testing operations on oil and gas storage wells in salt domes, bedded salt caverns and porosity storage wells in Texas, Louisiana, Kansas and New Mexico- Manage on-site casing inspections, sonar surveys, flow tests, pressure transient fall-off testing and diagnostic logging operations- Prepare project proposals for well workovers detailing cost estimates and schedules based on clients’ job scopes- Customize procedures for individual well integrity tests and workovers- Compile technical reports at conclusion of each well workover and testing project for submission to the Railroad Commission of Texas, Kansas Department of Health and Environment, New Mexico Oil Conservation Division or Louisiana Department of Natural Resources- Oversee the construction of a mobile frac sand testing trailer and operate quality control testing for a frac sand mine in Colorado for 6 months- Design casing plans and compile regulatory documents for permitting salt caverns and salt water injection wells
