ABOUT NATHAN PFEIFFER
With nearly a decade of Safety & Soundness examination experience, I am currently a Senior Examiner at the Dallas Fed. In that role, I act as one of the primary trainers for learners going through the Examiner Commissioning Program, while also leading Community Banking Organization examinations and regularly participating on Shared National Credit reviews.A highlight of my time at the Fed was acting as the 2022 Intern Coordinator for my department. During this assignment, I directly managed three summer interns, assigning their workload, providing ongoing feedback, and participating in their formal performance reviews. In addition to these duties, I successfully organized and proctored a mock examination for many other interns throughout our organization. I concluded my temporary assignment in February 2023 by assisting in the selection of the 2023 summer interns for my department.
