We purchase with cash, from the bank or from property owners who need to or want liquidate their property. Short-term revenues are focused on improving the profitability of each property and to turn positive cash flow within three months of acquisition. Long-term revenues are focused on steadily improving and maintaining each property and to own the property out right within a clearly defined period of time, not to exceed five years.Our win is achieved by acquiring great properties, at low cost, investing appropriately, completing sensible renovations, to make nice homes, for the retail market or for great long lasting tenants, resulting in a win/win for Good Neighbor Properties LLC, our tenants, and the communities that we function in.
