About Nathan M.
As a Licensed Legal Intern at The University of Tulsa College of Law, I am passionate about learning from the experience of seasoned attorneys and applying my legal skills to serve the community. I work at the BC Franklin Clinic, assisting low-income clients with various civil matters, such as family law, estate planning, and Veteran Affairs. I have also interned with Judge Greenough at the Tulsa County Courthouse, the Oklahoma Court of Civil Appeals, the Tulsa District Attorney\'s Office, the United States Attorney’s Office, and two private law firms, gaining exposure to different areas of law and legal practice.I am pursuing a Doctor of Law degree at The University of Tulsa College of Law, where I have excelled in academic and extracurricular activities. I have completed proficiency certificates in WestLaw and LexisNexis, two of the most widely used legal research platforms. I have also competed in several trial skills competitions, placing third in the Family Law, Moot Court, and Contracts Negotiation competitions. I am motivated by the opportunity to grow as a law student and a future lawyer and to contribute to the legal profession and society.
