Support the end-to-end execution of commercial electrical construction projects, from preconstruction through closeout. Responsibilities include reviewing and interpreting electrical drawings, performing detailed quantity takeoffs, fixture and device counts, and supporting accurate project estimating.Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and proposals while ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met. Coordinate closely with field teams to support installation logistics, verify materials received, and maintain quality control. Assist with inventory tracking and procurement by comparing vendor quotes and validating specifications.Apply practical electrical knowledge to determine circuit loading, equipment feeds, and appropriate connection methods in compliance with codes and project requirements. Participate in job walks, field coordination, and ongoing communication between engineering, project management, and on-site crews.Develop and maintain Excel-based tools and spreadsheets to streamline estimating, tracking, and internal workflows, improving efficiency and accuracy across projects.
