Developed and appraised demographic-based campaign strategies to improve buy-in, giving, and donor diversity among members at the UUFCO, a non-denominational spiritual space centered on social equity and justice with a yearly budget of over The fundraising committee seeks donations from among its growing constituency of 300+ members and community partners. KEY PROGRAM Exceeded 2022 fundraising campaign goal of by almost 9% over LY and 1% over target, specifically focused on staff retention after pandemic era financial insecurities. Set 2023 fundraising campaign goal at goal, 6% over LY and 2% over inflation to enable a 28% social justice spending expansion, support staff retention expenditures, and bolster program demand increases from the 11% burgeoning in membership. Environmental Justice Committee Member Collaborated with UUFCO’s Environmental Justice committee on promoting a solar panel project through community outreach and solar energy education programs. Project will result in an average of in energy cost savings each year for the fellowship and helping the fellowship to achieve its carbon footprint reduction goals.
