I am a highly successful senior executive with over thirty years of business development, operations, and consulting experience. As Executive Vice President of Business Development at DataGlance, I serve as a trusted advisor to executives and senior managers; helping them define strategies to solve immediate and future business needs through implementation of transformative digital solutions. Additionally, I oversee strategic corporate programs including annual and long-term strategic planning, corporate values and performance standards, corporate organizational structure, corporate social responsibility, physical and digital cybersecurity, data and document governance, business continuity and disaster recovery, strategic partnerships, and mergers and acquisitions. I developed DataGlance\'s near and long-term artificial intelligence (AI) strategy including multi-version features definition of new solution offerings and enhancement of existing platforms.I currently serve as Executive Director and Board Member of the Pan-American College Fund (a 501.c.3 college scholarship fund) and previously on the Nuclear Energy Institute’s New Nuclear Plant Executive Taskforce and the Graduate Student Advisory Board at Kennesaw State University’s Coles College of Business.For nearly two decades, I held senior business development leadership roles at leading consulting services firms. I served as the Nuclear Practice Leader at Deloitte and Ernst & Young Consulting, responsible for the planning, marketing, and sale of system integration (SAP and Maximo), risk management, and operational audit and performance improvement advisory services. Similarly, at Black & Veatch, I led the cybersecurity, capital investment planning, enterprise data management, and utility operations practices.
