   Built a new service that integrates with other services upstream and downstream to automate multiple manual processes. Successfully automated 85% of manual touchpoints and helped decrease the end-to-end process timeline from 4-11 months to ~1 month- Delivered a cross-functional project by contributing to 2 away-team services to automate a manual process. Automation had 97% accuracy and saved ~2 minutes of manual work per process- To support deprecation of an old service, built a new service that was more efficient, maintainable, and extensible. During migration, processing success rate was 99.9%. New infrastructure cost 30% less. Reduced latency from 15 min to ~1 minute
