As the Vice President my role is to help create and direct the strategic direction of our non profit organization to increase membership value, certifications, and enhance our partnerships. Annual conference co-chair (2025)o Spearheaded the successful execution of the 2025 annual conference in Cleveland. The conference resulted in 10-year high attendance, drawing nearly 200 attendees from around the country. Membership Engagement Committee leado Directed five committee members for a membership calling campaign of that conducted one-to-one membership outreach to worldwide members; developed a member value proposition metric, used to determine engagement, promotion, marketing, and networking activitieso Led member social outing programs during the annual conference including a 30+ attendee outing to the Sphere Las Vegas (2024), and six social outings in Cleveland (2025) drawing 40+ attendees
