Result: a sale of all assets to a public entertainment company. Liquidation of receivables is ongoing; expectation is full repayment.UnderwritingLeveraged existing credit relationships to originate ~$50mm of new loans supported by fixed assets, cash flows or enterprise value- Lead underwriter responsible for managing all aspects of the deal process including due diligence, structuring and legal documentation, and transaction execution. Served as primary contact for client, legal counsel, and internally- Created base case and downside financial models analyzing free cash flow, debt service coverage and liquidity- Produced memos detailing the borrower, industry, competitive landscape, risks & mitigants, and investment thesis and presented to C-level executives for approval
