About Nathaniel Pool

As the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Global Vessel & Tank (GVT), I am dedicated to driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and fostering a customer-first culture. Since joining GVT in 2013, I’ve held several key leadership positions, including COO, Operations Manager for the Louisiana facility, and Robotics Manager. Each role has allowed me to develop a deep understanding of our operations and to continuously seek ways to improve and innovate.I served as the company’s ESOP Trustee from 2021 to 2023, playing an instrumental role in guiding the business through its employee ownership transition.In addition to my private sector experience, I served in the U.S. Army as an Infantry Scout, which included a deployment to Baghdad, Iraq. I also led a private security detail for high-ranking military and congressional leaders in combat zones. This diverse background has shaped my approach to leadership, operational strategy, and navigating complex environments.I earned my B.S. in Industrial Technology from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, with minors in Finance and Robotics. I am also an active member of YPO Louisiana, a global leadership organization for chief executives.
