My job is to help companies plan for how to utilize their CX technology. A goal without vision really doesn\'t give you the \'why\' behind what you are looking to achieve. We help our clients achieve the best customer experience possible for themselves, as well as their clients. We help them prospect, and at the same time, I have the world\'s best systems supporting my prospecting. We also help our clients with marketing automation, and seeing all kinds of lead and digital body language is exciting as I get to use those tools myself. All of our data is integrated, and thanks to our integration division, I don\'t have to chase information from too many systems.
