ABOUT NATHANIEL WEATHERS
I have worked in telecom for over 20 years and have managed data centers, contractor installs, infrastructure projects as well as maintenance on HVAC and PDU units. Working nights in previous role I, without, incident managed over 100 sites in the greater Chicago land area. Performing rack and stack to equipment and site decommissioning as well as scheduled maintenance. Configuring initial IP settings to provide remote access for our network operations centers. Most important to me working nights was to manage my workload in such a way as to reduce the need to have support from the on-call tech\'s. This would eliminate day shift support from working at night and minimizing support reduction for the day shift group.
