Effectively manage a caseload of 50 students (40 Diverse Learners & 10 Gen Ed) with a range of learning disabilities and behavioral challenges; utilizing MTSS school based interventions, including evaluating students for special education services and re-evaluations- Lead, organize, and coordinate campus’ MTSS programming and initiatives, including the following; We Do It For the Culture (WDITFC), Trauma Skilled Schools (TSS), Behavioral Health Team (BHT), Students in Temporary Living Situations (STLS),and Re-entry meetings-Facilitate and develop curriculum (Art Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) for school-based groups to enhance emotional intelligence, self-awareness, coping skills, and manage symptoms effectively -Cultivated community partnerships to meet the diverse needs of families and develop individualized community resources packets in the areas of homelessness, food insecurity, employment opportunities, parenting, substance abuse counseling, and IOP & PHP supports
