I do this by using a tailored agile or waterfall project methodology, removing obstacles and barriers from the team, understanding the impact of the project while developing buy in from the team, and fostering a collaborative environment to allow people to freely share their thoughts in a safe environment. My goal is helping companies run projects that are customer and employee focused and solve issues that are impacting them.
