He has been an environmental consultant for over 22 years and has been involved with compliance and permitting projects within the United States’ Mid Atlantic and North East Industries to include Oil and Gas, Mining, Asphalt and Cement Production, Forest Product and Metal Manufacturing as well as other industries. His professional experience focus has been directed towards developing and managing environmental permitting and compliance programs such as audits, fugitive emission plans, as well as ongoing air quality compliance management for energy and mining operators. Other project experience relates to spill prevention, control, and countermeasure (SPCC) plans, NPDES Program support, and supporting many Due Diligence projects throughout the US.
