ABOUT NATHANIEL J. LIPMAN
Nathaniel Lipman is a well known and highly respected executive with extensive operating and oversight experience in the marketing services, media, financial services and location based entertainment business verticals.Mr. Lipman is currently a private investor, advisor and member of the board of directors of several well known public and private companies including Apollo Aligned Alternatives, Attain Finance, Dave & Buster\'s, Trusted Media Brands and United Parks.Previously, Mr. Lipman was Chairman and CEO of Cx Loyalty (f/k/a Affinion Group Holdings), a multi-billion dollar global customer engagement, loyalty and direct marketing company based in Stamford, CT. CxLoyalty was purchased from Cendant Corporation by Mr. Lipman, members of his ELT and Apollo Global Management in a LBO in 2005. As CEO, Mr. Lipman increased the company\'s overall revenue and profitability by more than 28% and 40%, respectively; and generated approximately $750 Million in operating cash flow. This strong financial performance led to over $650 Million, or approximately 3x MOIC, in dividends during his tenure as CEO with additional subsequent distributions to equity holders of approximately another $1.3 Billion by 2021.Mr. Lipman also previously served as Chairman of the Board of FTD, LLC, a Founding Member of Upside Travel, LLC, a board observer for Playboy Enterprises, Inc. and as a member of the Board of Directors of: Evertec, Inc, Apollo Strategic Growth Capital II, LLC, Diamond Resorts, Inc, Walker Innovation, Inc, RDA Holdings, Inc, Redbox Holdings, Inc, Exela Technologies, Inc, Novitex Holdings, LLC. and Net Market Group, LLC, which has the distinction of being credited with completing the first ever e-commerce transaction in 1994.Mr. Lipman is also an active mentor at the BCO program at UCLA Anderson School of Management, a Member of the SoCal Regional Advisory Board for the University of Pennsylvania, an Ambassador for the Green Dot charter school system in Los Angeles and Member of the Board of Governors of Cedars-Sinai Medical Center where he serves on the Membership Committee. Mr. Lipman lives in the Los Angeles area and is a member of the YPO Mosaic chapter.
