ABOUT NATHANIEL HEALEY

I am a mature, reliable and hardworking graduate that has extensive experience working with computers and developed organisational skills. I am a graduate of the University of Derby having studied Computer Forensic Investigation (MSc) and am currently working with the access group as a junior QA Analyst.During my degree and masters I have developed my skills in paying attention to fine detail whilst keeping on top of the rest of my study. Through doing my masters I have learnt general clerical and IT skills such as filing, organising, uploading documents and penetration testing. I have learned how to use backtrack which is a software that allows you to penetrate other networks in order to test their security systems. I also learned how to use EnCase software in order to forensically analyze hard disc images. This helped develop my skills in closely analysing each bit of data and accurately building up a paper file and an electronic file of my findings. I have a fairly good knowledge of ICT and can pick up new computer-based tasks easily and am always looking to build on my existing skills and experience in all aspects of my life wherever possible. Finally I have recently written a paper entitled “A discussion on the Recovery of Data from a Virtual Machine” that has been accepted for presentation at the Second International Workshop on Cybercrimes and Emerging Web Environments (CEWE-2013) of the 4th International Conference on Emerging Intelligent Data and Web Technologies (EIDWT-2013), held at Xi\'an, during September 9th until September 11th 2013.
