His passion for real estate began in elementary school and developed into a career built on integrity, client-first service, and strategic business planning.He graduated Summa Cum Laude with University Honors Distinction from Middle Tennessee State University with a B.B.A. in Accounting, where he also earned the MT Engage and Experiential Learning Scholar Distinctions. During his time at MTSU, Nathaniel held leadership roles as an Interfraternity Council Executive Officer, SGA Senator, and Blue Elite Tour Guide, experiences that shaped his people-first approach to both business and community. From 2023–2024, he also served as an Undergraduate Researcher in the Jennings and Rebecca Jones Urban & Regional Planning Scholars Program, conducting applied research on housing and regional development challenges in Middle Tennessee.Nathaniel brings the same dedication and discipline that defined his academic and leadership journey into his real estate career.
