Dynamic and results-driven legal counsel with extensive experience in employee benefits law, corporate law, regulatory compliance, and litigation. I am In-House Counsel in the Corporate Legal Department for Erie Insurance. At Erie Insurance, I support the Human Resources Department on a variety of issues related to employee benefits, retirement plans, compensation issues, employment issues, immigration issues, and regulatory compliance issues. Prior to Erie Insurance, I was a Senior Attorney at National Fuel Gas Distribution Corporation. At NFG, I represented the Company’s interests in Pennsylvania regulatory matters and oversaw the legal work for various departments, including Land, Energy Services, Credit, Local Production, and Bankruptcy. I started my career as a litigator at Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP in Cleveland, OH. At Hahn Loeser, I gained substantive trial experience and handled issues involving complex business litigation, class actions, non-compete clauses, contractual disputes, and property torts. I am looking to join the board of a non-profit in the Erie area. I would also welcome other volunteer opportunities.
