As a full-cycle Account Executive at VComply, I drive new business across highly regulated industries by leading the entire sales process from first touch to closed-won. My role combines consultative solution selling with disciplined pipeline management, enabling regulated organizations to modernize compliance, reduce audit risk, and increase operational efficiency- Identifying and targeting mid-market and enterprise accounts through strategic outbound outreach, events, and partners- Engaging senior leaders in Compliance, Risk, Audit, and Operations to uncover needs and position VComply’s GRC platform as a solution- Conducting discovery, delivering tailored product demos, and building business cases with quantifiable ROI for C-suite and board stakeholders- Managing pipelines from qualification to negotiation and close, to ensure attainment of quarterly ARR targets- Collaborating with internal solution engineers and product teams to configure proof-of-concept environments that address each prospect’s workflows- Negotiating contracts, navigating procurement and legal reviews, and driving deal execution with attention to multi-year agreements and implementation plans.VComply is a Compliance and Risk Operating System (CROS) built specifically for mid-market companies in traditional sectors such as healthcare, energy, and nonprofit—industries often burdened by fragmented workflows, reliance on spreadsheets, and organizational inertia.Our platform is designed with a people-first approach, embedding accountability, transparency, and operational execution into daily business activities—not just audits or certifications.
