About Nate Hoening
Following a Computer Science Engineering degree at Ohio State, I graduated from the Information Management Leadership Program at GE. I continued in IT, certifying as a Six Sigma Black Belt, then began my first people leadership role leading a Supply Chain planning team. During this time, I also completed my MBA with a focus in International Business from the University of Cincinnati.Following 3 years in the Supply Chain Materials organization, I led our spare parts forecasting organization for Military and Commercial spare parts. Following 3 years in this role, I moved to the Dallas Fort Worth area and led our GE Aviation Materials business, growing the business 3-fold during my tenure. Following 5 years in the DFW area, I moved back to the Cincinnati area and have had executive leadership role in our Regional Engines business managing our engine service agreements (2 years) followed by an executive leadership role leading business operations for GE90 and GE9X product lines (2 years). I\'m currently the product leader for the LEAP-1B engine, the powerplant for the Boeing 737 MAX and have led this team since August of 2019.
