With ag being a major industry and facing serious worker shortages, we work with industry and educators to help prepare students for high-demand careers.In my role, I serve as a guiding force within our team, providing leadership that is rooted in oversight and direction. My responsibilities revolve around ensuring that our team operates smoothly and effectively toward our collective goals of helping students to better understand the career pathways in agriculture. I oversee various aspects of our projects, from their conception to execution, offering guidance and support to team members every step of the way.
