Authored, implemented, and modeled use of 12+ DEI conversation guides to empower leaders• Created and presented monthly “Inclusion Begins with I” (IBWI) trainings to Executive Leadership and utilized cascade model to share IBWI throughout the healthcare system• Started Phoebe Serves volunteer program, collaborating with local non-profits and resulting in 19+ volunteer opportunities and employees providing 374+ hours of community service in Southwest Georgia• Led 32+ focus groups of 2-16 participants to identify barriers to reaching expected outcomes in employee engagement and patient satisfaction resulting in action plans for departmental and managerial growth• Mentored 23+ leaders to raise departmental belonging scores and determine root causes of exclusion• Created and distributed 78+ Recognizing Diversity posters about traditions, holidays, diverse groups, etc.• Assembled a Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) community resource guide with 20+ non-profits to connect employees and patients to resources in rural communities throughout Southwest Georgia• Conducted 31+ DEI educational sessions for groups of 5-63 participants on topics such as: Bias, Privilege, Microaggressions, LGBTQIA+, Race, Religion, etc. with overall rating of 4.92/5 from 172+ participants• Hosted diversity trivia events with up to 118+ participants to increase knowledge about DEI topics
