   At Hubbell Power Systems, I play a key role in creating high-voltage transmission assembly projects, collaborating closely with customer service representatives and the sales team to deliver comprehensive assembly solutions for 69 kV to 525 kV assemblies.I lead the review of project specifications and contracts, creating accurate and detailed assembly drawings, as well as developing Bills of Materials (BOMs) tailored to customer needs. My expertise in designing transmission line assemblies allows me to provide valuable technical advice to major power and energy utility clients, helping them achieve their goals efficiently. I\'ve created over 100 unique assemblies across 30 customer projects across North America.Managing multiple $1M+ transmission line projects requires strong leadership and organizational skills, which I use to drive cost-saving initiatives and lead the development of innovative products to enhance performance and reduce costs. In addition, I conduct thorough design reviews for parts requiring new tooling, facilitating and organizing new tooling for over 100 models to sustain casting operations at our plant.
