   As a Resident Advisor at Oral Roberts University, I mentor, lead, and support students in their spiritual, personal, and academic growth while fostering a strong sense of community within the residence hall. I help plan and lead discipleship gatherings and dorm events that build connection and faith. In collaboration with Residence Life staff, I maintain a safe and positive living environment, assist with conflict resolution, and provide leadership through daily interactions and intentional relationships. I manage floor logistics, communicate important updates from Student Life staff to residents, and help ensure that rooms and common areas are well-maintained and clean.
