Likewise, I have zero interest in any contract positions (lack of health insurance is a deal breaker) or roles that require me to lift and/or repair physical hardware.I\'m a partially disabled genderqueer geek living in downtown Olympia, and I\'ve been in the industry since 1997. I became a remote worker several years prior to COVID, and I spend most of my time in a terminal window of some sort, with frequent MS Teams conference calls or screen sharing sessions with coworkers in locations all around the world. I\'m a team lead manager for two other DevOps engineers, and we are starting to collaborate closely with another team in the company that is based out of Prague.
