Castlefield is an investment management and financial planning business with a reputation for being at the forefront of responsible ethical investing. We adopt a unique approach to looking after money, reflecting the individual objectives of all kinds of clients - from private individuals and the businesses they own and work for, to the not-for-profit organisations they help to run. My role involves leading the marketing and BD campaigns to target new business from three distinct audience segments across B2B and B2C - namely private investors, charities and intermediary fund buyers/IFAs. This includes a mix of digital and offline channels, utilising organic and paid activities, plus supporting the BD outreach of the Client Engagement Partner. Part of my role also includes leading the CRM implementation and coordination across the firm, integrating with the website and analytics systems, to ensure that budget and income projections can be reported to the board. As an employee-owned organisation Castlefield exists to help clients and colleagues to achieve their personal goals, whilst promoting and supporting the welfare of the widest community of stakeholders.
