About Nathanal Coffey
My name is Nathanal Coffey and I am an experienced Adult Learning Leader with specialization in the finance industry. In my recent roles I have worn many hats including manager, facilitator, curriculum designer, program manager, and project manager. Using my expertise in adult learning methodology, ability to influence C-Suite stakeholders, and adaptability to thrive within the structure of the securities industry, I have developed innovative, successful programs leading to increase in client retention, market share, and employee efficiencies. I am proud to have spearheaded innovative projects that have that have had direct results for my employers. Specifically, I have been a lead facilitator and project manager for a successful company integration. I also designed, developed, and implemented a program that engaged 10% of my employer\'s clients, of whom, made up over 50% of the revenue. My efforts in the above initiative led to the creation of a new training program and team that is tasked with supporting the relationship managers who engage the firm\'s most profitable clients. While leading this team we have increased referrals and engagement by 500% year over year. We also created a premier training program for the departments best relationship managers that received a net promoter score of 9.86 out 10 in it\'s inaugural iteration. I believe for today\'s adult learning experiences to be successful and engaging we must enhance the traditional methods of learning with new tools and technologies to meet our learners where they want to be met. My goal is to use these tools to help my employer drive toward their key performance indicators while delivering an engaging and meaningful experience to the learner. When I\'m not finding new ways to reach the adult learner you can find me outside with my family. Whether that\'s backpacking the Tetons with my wife, four-wheeling through canyons in Southern Utah with my dad or paddle boarding with my kids. You can\'t keep me indoors.
