   Leading the Identity and Access Management transformation and modernization at Milliman, a global firm of employees comprised of unique, independent business units and specialized practices. Primary application owner of a user Okta tenant. Successfully launched Okta from the ground up in a diverse and complex business structure of multiple practices that funnel up to the primary business. Initiatives at Milliman:• Modernized IAM Systems: Over the span of 9 months, led the planning, design, configuration, testing, communication and launch of Okta. Reduced the reliance of on-premises systems such as ADFS and ensured a smooth launch.• Enhanced Security: Implemented phishing-resistant MFA across the organization, improving overall security posture. Migrated applications from ADFS to Okta enabling enhanced security capabilities.• Strategic Deployment: Developed a comprehensive month-long testing curriculum and a phased launch approach for Okta, ensuring a smooth transition.• Training and Support: Created over 30 IT-facing and employee-facing support documents, along with training materials and videos to facilitate user adoption and support the launch of Okta.• Cross-Department Collaboration: Worked closely with Security, HR, Finance, Legal and IT teams across the many Milliman practices to ensure alignment and successful implementation of new policies and applications.• Cross-Practice Collaboration: Navigated the complexities of our diverse business structure by effectively bridging the gaps between different practices and the Global Corporate Services team, ensuring cohesive communication and collaboration throughout the Okta project.
