Hi there!I’m an experienced (and enthusiastic) Product Owner with a strong background in web development.My work is client-focused and result-oriented. Enthusiastic about the perks of the Agile methodology (SAFE, SCRUM, KANBAN, XP) I also know how to apply a more traditional approach (Waterfall, V-model) when the situation demands it. I view myself as an architect entrusted with bringing the project\'s vision to life. Proactive planning, adaptability and clear communication form the cornerstone of my work ethic.I adopt a holistic approach to the projects I undertake, providing tailored solutions that address the specific needs of the client and uphold high standards of quality. This approach fosters a mutually beneficial co-creation dynamic that I particularly enjoy.I am dedicated to every stage of the project life cycle (from initiation to testing and delivery) to ensure its successful completion, with a focus on meeting the client\'s requirements and acceptance criteria.My decisions are based not only on my experience in project management but also on my professional skills in development and UX/UI design.With a strong foundation in modular and reusable code principles such as BEM, SMACSS, OOCSS, and ITCSS, I prioritise the creation of scalable and maintainable solutions. My design approach incorporates Responsive Design methodologies, including RWD and a mobile-first approach, ensuring optimal user experiences across various devices. I am particularly attuned to web performance (WPO), search engine optimisation (SEO), cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility (WCAG) to ensure the inclusion of all users.
