West Area manager for Wastewater Operations in Scottish Water. I lead a team of circa 90 staff that ensure we meet strict environmental compliance performance targets and prevent environmental pollution incidents.I am responsible for 100 WWTW and 600 pumping stations across the West of Scotland, managing Compliance, H&S, maintenance activities, sludge management and a £30m annual OPEX budget.I have delivered significant Transformation projects at out WWTWs, enabling real time data to steer decisions, utilising condition monitoring to ensure proactive maintenance and realising significant energy savings. I am product owner for the Exemplar WWPS Transformation project which will see our largest pumping assets connected to the cloud, enabling real time performance management and a reduction of downtime. Strong leader in continuous improvement, I\'ve owned and delivered numerous improvement projects from compliance, digital, H&S and processes improvements.
