Supervises Fieid and Sustainment-level maintenance services and repairs.Supervises, or appoints site leads for each service location or team to guide contractor personnel.Technically familiar with the maintenance and operations of small, medium and large Army tactical and non-tactical wheeled, tracked and power generation equipment.Oversees the calibration of assigned Test, Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment.Oversees maintenance recovery and assist with transport terms in need of maintenance repair.Provides oversight of limited Property Book Office Suppert Activity and Linit Supply operations.Facilitates recall actions for on-call crivers and mechanics for after-hours support for maintenance requests, when required.Implements, monitors and oversees safety processes and practices.Develops and performs analysis of operational performance standards to measure effectiveness and determine methods to increaseverall operational management eff ciencies and customer satisfaction.Prioritizes the maintenance workload to support mission based on established priorities.Ensures work orders are maintained as prescribed in AR 750-1 and DA Pam 750-8.Interfaces with customers on maintenance activities, serves as conduit for work initiation and completion.Tracks and analyzes and reports on metrics related to project performance and man power utilization.Prepares and maintain production reports, man-hours required/expended, and cost incurred.Plans, directs and manages personnel and required resources for day to day mission support.Able to react to change productively and handle essential tasks as assigned.Job duties and responsibilities may charge due to contractual requirements.Provides technical assistance, guidance and recommendations on overall maintenance and supply operations.Performs other duties as assigned to meet organizational/operational objectives.
