I continued to build a client portfolio and advanced my technical knowledge. I assisted with the training and induction of new team members, and provided national training to the accounts & outsourcing intake. I developed new, more efficient processes for the national business solutions team, and managed a number of projects in addition to my role providing clients with high quality accounts, tax and other advisory services, and dealt with a wide array of SMEs. Whilst doing this, I also attained the CTA qualification, winning the Gilbert Burr award for the Owner-Managed Businesses exam.I oversaw a number of projects that streamlined processes and enhanced capabilities within the team, and acted as a reliable source of accounting and tax technical knowledge for OMBs. I have since built a new role where in addition to the above, I provide comprehensive accounting and tax technical advisory/planning services to clients including restructures, IHT,CT,PT planning, profit extraction, corporate reporting standards and tax technical advice.

I deal with a wide range of cloud software solutions including Caseware, Iris, Sage, Sage One, Xero, Quickbooks, Alteryx and a wide range of applications that enhance software functionality and streamline day-to-day processes for businesses.I also provide comprehensive wide-ranging technical advisory services to a wide range of family owner-managed businesses, including corporate reporting accounting standards advice, in addition to corporate, personal and inheritance tax planning and technical queries, restructuring projects, profit extraction and much more.
