About Nathan Weaver

From an early age, I was led to design through play, nature, sound, curiosity, and the need to work with my hands. I would attend college for painting and drawing, and those disciplines eventually guided me to graphic design. Through exploring creatively, it was never just the act of making an image that I became obsessed with; it was the ideas, concepts, and stories I could conjure up. My career in design has only propelled my hunger for learning, curiosity, and the art of shaping ideas. Through so much of what I do daily, I can delve into new subjects, witness other people’s passions and expertise, and hone my ability to listen and learn from whom and what I come in contact with. What I have learned over the years is that being the designer I want to be is more of a practice of study rather than constant output. Throughout my career, I have had the most fun working with and producing internationally recognized work with many clients who do and make extraordinary things, from stem cell research and neuroscience tech to agriculture, music, hospitality, coffee, and bourbon. My work is a never-ending challenge to grow, learn, try new things, and, most importantly, have fun doing it. No matter the challenge or group of people I am working with, I have realized over the years that the best work is created with joy and enthusiasm.
