I oversee training sessions three nights a week, with additional match responsibilities on weekends, including tournaments. My role includes planning and executing training programs that focus on technical, tactical, and physical development. I am directly involved in team selection, match preparation, and ongoing player development.My key responsibilities include: • Creating and delivering structured training sessions tailored to the needs of each team. • Monitoring player progress and providing individual feedback to ensure continuous improvement. • Collaborating with fellow coaches and staff to ensure alignment with club philosophies. • Managing team dynamics and fostering a positive, competitive environment both on and off the field. • Organizing matchday logistics, from team selection to tactical adjustments during games.
