During the season, my role has focused on VIP services—assisting with check-ins, managing VIP entrances, and escorting guests to the Optum Field Lounge to ensure a smooth and elevated game-day experience.In addition, I’ve assisted in the setup and execution of sponsorship activations, helping partners engage fans in creative ways while maintaining the organization’s high standards of professionalism and hospitality.This role has strengthened my skills in event operations, guest relations, and team collaboration, all while representing the Kraft Group brand during high-profile sporting events.
