With over 25 years of experience in the oil and gas sector, I have developed deep expertise across the full lifecycle of pipeline engineering, encompassing concept selection, feasibility studies, detailed design, construction support, and operations and maintenance.I am passionate about applying my technical expertise and chartered credentials (C.Eng, C.Mar.Eng) to complex and challenging projects. I have led and managed multi-discipline teams of engineers, CAD designers and specialists in delivering innovative, high-quality solutions for offshore and onshore pipeline projects as well as green hydrogen projects and CO2/CCS projects.I take pride in mentoring and coaching junior engineers, fostering a culture of safety, excellence, and shared learning through best practices and lessons learned. Additionally, I bring extensive experience in recruitment, business development, client and stakeholder management, technical audits, and crafting winning proposals.My career has led me to deliver projects in diverse geographical regions, including Australia, Asia, Africa, the Middle East, the Caspian Sea, and the North Sea.
