I firmly believe in education as a powerful tool for self-exploration and socioeconomic mobility. As an impactful educational leader, I have worked to ensure optimal academic, socioemotional, and post-secondary outcomes for the past two decades in unique school districts ranging in size from to over 1 million students. As a lifelong learner, I continually invest in professional education and have secured funded global opportunities from organizations such as Fulbright, US Department of Education, Fund for Teachers, and The Principal’s Training Center to trade best practices across a diverse, global network of highly motivated leaders. I currently serve as Assistant Principal in Worthington City Schools, and I look forward to the next two decades of empowering communities of learners who will change the world.

   Architect course registration, master schedule, and associated community outreach to simplify middle to high school transition, enabling 1600+ families to navigate highly diverse pathways tailored to student aspirations.• Serve as district representative for multi-disciplinary evaluations, collaborating with teams of psychologists and leaders to authorize IEPs and formal accommodations that ensure holistic inclusion of students with diverse needs.• Collaborated with diverse stakeholders to inform the development of district Portrait of a Learner, lead PBIS frameworks and multi-tiered systems to recognize and integrate POL competencies into school climate and classroom instruction.• Appointed to represent district at state and national ed-tech conferences, and delivered targeted PD to K-12 Leadership Team that both informs evolution of district AI policy and aids ethical integration of AI into classroom instruction.
